Harbor Museum “Old 36s”

Relive the History of San Pedro

Old Fire Station 36 is housed in one of the oldest buildings still standing in San Pedro, California. At the southern-most tip of Los Angeles, San Pedro is home to the Los Angeles Harbor, the Lane Victory Liberty Ship National Landmark, and some of the most unique seascapes in the LA area. The waterfront is undergoing major updates.

Old Station 36 includes some remarkable Los Angeles Fire Department apparatus, artifacts from the San Pedro area and artifacts from some of the most famous fires in this part of the city, and much more. A small store offers up a variety of goodies, ranging from authentic LAFD merchandise to memorial bracelets. The gift shop is open the same hours as the Museum.

Due to building security protocols, we are open Fridays.
We invite you to visit us on any Friday, from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm.
